You can apply online through the Membership page. A committee member will follow up within a few days. Membership with the Portmarnock Sports & Leisure Centre (PSLC) is also required.
Yes. Because the club operates within the PSLC grounds, all tennis members must also be PSLC members. Contact reception@pslc.ie for more details.

Renewals are handled through SmartClub. Members receive renewal emails with a link to log in and pay online.
No. Membership is annual and non-refundable. Exceptions may be reviewed by the committee in special cases.

Junior coaching is available for children up to 14 years old. Coaching groups are arranged by age and ability.
Anyone under 18 qualifies for junior membership, regardless of coaching participation.
No. Juniors cannot book courts. A parent or adult guardian must book and supervise their play, as per club rules.
Yes. Parents are welcome to observe from outside the courts. Seating is limited, so bringing a chair is advised.
Bookings are made online through the club’s court booking system. Details are available on the Book Court page.
Yes — non-members can play up to 3 times per year as a guest of a current member or coach.
Floodlights cost €6 per hour and are managed via PSLC reception. Members must pay and activate lights manually at the centre.
The club does not offer refunds. Floodlight payments are handled by PSLC. Speak to their staff if a booking is affected.
Courts are open daily from 8:00am to 11:00pm, including evenings under floodlight. Hours may vary due to weather conditions, events or maintenance.
The club has six outdoor all-weather floodlit courts available year-round.
Yes — members and guests can park in the PSLC car park, right beside the courts.
No — players must bring their own equipment. Some spare equipment may be available but this is not guaranteed. Balls may be provided during coaching or events.
Members should wear suitable sports clothing and non-marking runners. Juniors should wear tennis-appropriate footwear.
No — for safety and hygiene reasons, pets are not permitted within the tennis court area.

Yes — introductory and beginner adult classes run regularly. These are fun, social sessions with structured coaching. Check the events calendar for times.
Yes — the club runs internal tournaments, Club Nights, and social events throughout the year. Details are shared via email and WhatsApp.
Absolutely. The club welcomes members who want to help out at events, maintain facilities, or join the committee. Email the committee to express interest.

Yes — each member can bring the same guest up to 3 times per year. Guests must comply with club rules and must be accompanied.
